What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
MOQ varies by product — some designs start from as low as 11 sets, while others require 100-500 units. For first-time cooperation or sample orders, we offer flexible MOQs to help you test the market.
What is the production lead time?
Normally 35-50 days after order confirmation and deposit received, depending on order quantity and finishing requirements. Rush orders can be arranged case by case.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we provide existing samples for free. You only need to cover the courier cost. Custom samples with your logo take 7-15 days and may involve a small sample fee, which is refundable in bulk orders.
Can you do OEM/ODM, custom logo and packaging?
Yes. We support logo laser engraving, custom PVD colors, bespoke molds, and tailored gift-box packaging. Our in-house design team can assist from drawing to final product.
What certifications do your products have?
Our factory is ISO9001 and BSCI certified. Products comply with FDA and LFGB food-contact standards, and SGS test reports are available on request.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy), and L/C at sight for large orders. Trade terms include FOB, CIF and EXW.
